The Springfield Armory Echelon™ 4.0C California Compliant brings the innovative features of the Echelon platform into a compact configuration designed for enhanced concealability. Featuring a 4-inch hammer-forged steel barrel, compact polymer frame, and 10-round magazines, the Echelon 4.0C is configured to meet California capacity requirements while retaining the platform's advanced design and optics-ready capability.

At the heart of the Echelon is Springfield Armory's Variable Interface System (VIS), providing direct-mount compatibility with a wide range of today's popular red dot optics. This model comes factory equipped with a Viridian® RFX11 green dot featuring Instant-On® technology and a claimed 30,000-hour runtime, providing an integrated aiming solution right out of the box.

The billet-machined slide features a durable Melonite® finish and optics-ready VIS configuration, while tritium U-Dot™ sights provide a low-light-capable sighting system. The compact frame includes a small grip module, a 1.2-inch grip width, and a serialized Central Operating Group housed within the frame.

The 4.0C Gear Pac™ configuration includes four 10-round magazines and a heavy-duty nylon pistol bag with dedicated storage compartments for the firearm and accessories. With its compact dimensions, optics-ready design, factory-installed green dot, and California-compliant 10-round configuration, the Echelon 4.0C offers a feature-rich compact 9mm platform.
