The Smith & Wesson M&P® FPC (Folding Pistol Carbine) redefines versatility with an innovative compact folding design that delivers rifle-length performance in a highly portable package. Engineered for recreational shooting, home defense, vehicle storage, and backpack carry, the M&P FPC combines the trusted reliability of the M&P platform with the convenience of a lightweight folding carbine.

Built around a durable aluminum receiver and a 16.25-inch threaded barrel, the M&P FPC folds horizontally from 30.4 inches to just 16.3 inches for easy transport and storage. Unlike traditional folding carbines, the horizontal folding mechanism allows optics to remain mounted and undisturbed when folded, preserving zero and protecting your investment in red dot sights and optics.

The optics-ready design features a full-length Picatinny top rail for mounting red dots, scopes, and other sighting systems, while the M-LOK® handguard offers ample space for lights, lasers, slings, and additional accessories. An integrated recoil buffer system helps reduce felt recoil for smoother shooting and faster follow-up shots.

Designed for compatibility with Smith & Wesson M&P double-stack pistol magazines, the FPC ships with one 17-round magazine and two 23-round magazines. An innovative in-stock magazine storage system with a quick-release latch allows shooters to carry spare magazines directly in the stock for rapid reloads and maximum convenience.

Additional features include a flat-face trigger with a crisp break, reversible magazine catch, threaded 1/2x28 muzzle for suppressors or muzzle devices, thumb safety, and a charging handle that doubles as a retention device when folded.
