TECH SPECS:
The SIG SAUER® ROMEO8T-AMR™ is a compact, high-performance red dot optic designed to deliver advanced aiming capability while reducing size and weight by more than 30% compared with the original ROMEO8T. Developed alongside the JULIET3T-AMR™ micro magnifier, the ROMEO8T-AMR incorporates SIG SAUER's Automatic Modified Reticle™ (AMR™) technology for rapid transitions between user-selectable reticle configurations when paired with an AMR-equipped magnifier.
At the heart of the ROMEO8T-AMR is a massive 40mm objective lens with high-performance multi-coated optics designed to provide a wide field of view and enhanced situational awareness. The lens system also delivers performance under night vision conditions, while a dedicated NV override control provides quick access to night-vision settings.
The ROMEO8T-AMR features a Quad Ballistic Circle Dot 2.0 Automatic Modified Reticle with a red reticle and 15 illumination settings, including 12 daytime and 3 night-vision settings. With 100 MOA of total elevation travel and 100 MOA of total windage travel, the optic provides a broad adjustment range.
Powered by a single CR123 battery, the ROMEO8T-AMR provides up to 50,000 hours of runtime when using MOTAC™. Its rugged construction meets MIL-810-STD durability protocols and carries an IPX8 waterproof and fogproof rating.
Measuring 72.6mm long, 49.5mm wide, and 60.7mm high, the ROMEO8T-AMR weighs 9.5 ounces while maintaining the large 40mm clear aperture. The optic is assembled in Oregon, USA and is covered by SIG SAUER's Infinite Guarantee™.

In contrast, a semi-automatic rifle is designed to automatically eject the spent casing and chamber a new round with each pull of the trigger. Semi-automatic rifles offer faster follow-up shots, while bolt-action rifles are typically more accurate due to their design.
