TECH SPECS:

The SIG SAUER ROMEO-X Enclosed Compact brings military-grade durability and cutting-edge red dot performance to concealed carry and everyday carry handguns. Specifically designed for the SIG P365 family and pistols utilizing the Shield RMSc footprint, this fully enclosed emitter optic delivers unmatched reliability in harsh environments while maintaining an ultra-low profile for seamless carry and rapid target acquisition.

Inspired by the battle-proven ROMEO-M17, the ROMEO-X Enclosed Compact features a rugged CNC-machined 7075 aluminum housing and a fully enclosed, sealed, and argon-purged optical system that protects the emitter from moisture, dirt, lint, and debris. The distortion-free aspherical glass lens provides exceptional clarity and a crisp sight picture, allowing shooters to engage targets with confidence in any condition.

SIG SAUER's patent-pending beryllium copper flexure system and ultra-low deck height allow for an absolute co-witness with standard-height iron sights, eliminating the need for taller suppressor-height sights. The side-loading CR1632 battery tray enables fast battery changes without removing the optic or losing zero, while MOTAC™ Motion Activated Illumination automatically powers the optic on when movement is detected and off when idle to maximize battery life.

With up to 20,000 hours of runtime, 15 brightness settings including three night vision modes, and waterproof IPX-7 protection, the ROMEO-X Enclosed Compact is built for concealed carriers, law enforcement professionals, and defensive shooters who demand dependable performance without compromise.

What is the difference between a bolt-action rifle and a semi-automatic rifle? Answers (1)

Proven Arms & Outfitters A bolt-action rifle requires the shooter to manually operate a bolt to load a round, eject the spent casing, and chamber the next round. In contrast, a semi-automatic rifle is designed to automatically eject the spent casing and chamber a new round with each pull of the trigger. Semi-automatic rifles offer faster follow-up shots, while bolt-action rifles are typically more accurate due to their design.
