At the heart of the pistol is the Central Operating Group (COG), a fully self-contained stainless steel chassis system that houses the fire-control components. The Echelon platform also features Springfield Armory’s innovative Variable Interface System (VIS), which allows direct mounting of many popular pistol red dots without adapter plates.
