The Smith & Wesson M&P 5.7 brings the performance of the 5.7x28mm cartridge to the proven M&P platform with an innovative operating system, high capacity, and optics-ready design. Built around the TEMPO® Barrel System, this full-size pistol uses a rotating 5-inch stainless steel barrel and gas-operated, locked-breech action designed specifically around the 5.7x28mm cartridge.

The M&P5.7 features a 22-round magazine capacity and includes two 22-round magazines, giving it substantial capacity for range use. Its internal hammer-fired action, crisp single-action trigger break, and flat-face trigger provide a consistent shooting interface.

A 1:9-inch twist stainless steel barrel provides the foundation for the M&P 5.7's accuracy, while the slide is cut for optics and includes forward slide serrations for added versatility. A Picatinny-style accessory rail provides a mounting point for compatible accessories.

The polymer frame incorporates a slim, optimally textured grip, ambidextrous slide stop, reversible magazine release, and manual thumb safety. The pistol also features white-dot sights and a threaded barrel for compatible muzzle accessories.

Finished in black and manufactured in the USA, the M&P5.7 combines the M&P platform's familiar controls with Smith & Wesson's TEMPO® operating system and the unique characteristics of the 5.7x28mm cartridge.
