Item # SIG SORX1670 MSRP $689.99PRODUCT DETAILS
TECH SPECS:
The SIG Sauer ROMEO-X SIG-LOC SORX1670 is a compact, enclosed pistol-mounted optic featuring a 2 MOA dot with a 32 MOA circle reticle for a versatile aiming solution. Designed around SIG Sauer's innovative SIG-LOC™ (Leverage Optimized Connection) mounting system, the ROMEO-X SIG-LOC creates five total points of contact between the optic and compatible pistol slide for a secure, low-profile connection engineered to resist movement from recoil and impacts.
The fully enclosed, sealed, and purged optical system helps protect the optic from dust, moisture, and environmental exposure. Its rugged 7075 aluminum housing and distortion-free aspherical glass lens provide a durable optical platform, while the longer focal length helps minimize parallax and reticle distortion for a crisp, forgiving sight picture.
The 2 MOA dot with 32 MOA circle reticle provides both a precise aiming point and a larger reference ring for rapid target acquisition. The ROMEO-X SIG-LOC features 1x magnification, a 24mm objective lens, and 15 illumination settings, including 12 daytime settings and 3 dedicated night-vision settings.
MOTAC™ (Motion Activated Illumination) helps conserve battery life by activating illumination when motion is detected. A side-loading CR1632 battery provides up to 20,000 hours of battery life.
The ROMEO-X SIG-LOC's industry-low deck height is designed to support standard-height iron sight co-witnessing on compatible platforms. Additional SIG Sauer technologies include LensArmor™, SpectraCoat™, MAGNETAC™, D.A.R.C.™, and SIG-LOC™. The SORX1670 is assembled in the USA and backed by SIG Sauer's Infinite Guarantee.

In contrast, a semi-automatic rifle is designed to automatically eject the spent casing and chamber a new round with each pull of the trigger. Semi-automatic rifles offer faster follow-up shots, while bolt-action rifles are typically more accurate due to their design.
