The ROMEO-M17 uses SIG SAUER’s proprietary SIG-LOC mounting interface and only fits SIG M17/M18 military issue or commemorative pistols that use a single optics plate mounting screw. This sight will not fit other pistol models or non-SIG optics plates.

The SIG SAUER ROMEO-M17 Reflex Red Dot Sight (Model SORM1700) in Coyote Tan is a rugged, combat-tested optic purpose-built for the Modular Handgun System (MHS) firearms such as the M17 and M18 pistols. Engineered from the ground up for military performance, this fully enclosed reflex sight features SIG’s proprietary SIG-LOC™ mounting system, delivering an ultra-strong, low-profile lock-up that maintains a full sight picture and allows co-witness with standard iron sights.

Built with a sealed, gas-purged optical system and distortion-free aspheric lenses, the ROMEO-M17 provides 2 MOA dot / 32 MOA circle reticles that can be independently selected for rapid target acquisition at close to intermediate ranges. The optic is constructed from 7075-T6 aluminum with advanced features like integrated gas deflector, anti-reflection milling, and recessed brightness buttons that are easy to adjust even with gloves on.

Designed for professional use but available for civilian shooters seeking military-caliber reliability, the Coyote Tan finish looks rugged while resisting corrosion and wear. With up to 50,000 hours of runtime, motion activation (MOTAC™), magnetic activation (MAGNETAC™), and dark adaptive reticle & coatings (D.A.R.C.), this optic offers exceptional durability and visibility in all lighting conditions.
