The IWI Masada™ Tactical 9mm Pistol – FDE (Public Service Professional Program) is a mission-ready handgun built for those who serve. Designed to meet the demanding needs of law enforcement, military personnel, and qualified public safety professionals, this exclusive configuration combines the proven Masada platform with a rugged Flat Dark Earth (FDE) finish and enhanced tactical capability.
At the heart of the Masada Tactical is a 4.6" button-rifled barrel, delivering improved accuracy and velocity while maintaining a low bore axis for reduced recoil and faster follow-up shots. The FDE polymer frame not only enhances durability in harsh environments but also reduces visual signature for duty and field applications.
Engineered for adaptability, the Masada Tactical features fully ambidextrous controls, allowing seamless operation for both right- and left-handed shooters. Its ergonomic grip design, interchangeable backstraps, and aggressive texture provide a secure, natural shooting experience under any condition—including gloved use.
This tactical variant is optics-ready, supporting popular red dot systems via adapter plates, and is available with suppressor-height sight options for co-witness capability when running optics or suppressed configurations. The result is a versatile platform ready for modern duty setups.
Internally, the Masada utilizes a modular serialized steel trigger chassis, simplifying maintenance while ensuring long-term durability. The striker-fired system provides a consistent, clean trigger break with a positive reset and integrated trigger safety for dependable performance.
Built with high-strength, fiberglass-reinforced polymer and engineered to withstand extreme conditions, the Masada Tactical FDE is a reliable sidearm for duty, defense, and training. As part of IWI’s Public Service Professional Program, this model is tailored for those who demand uncompromising performance in service of others.

Ask a QuestionProven Arms & Outfitters A bolt-action rifle requires the shooter to manually operate a bolt to load a round, eject the spent casing, and chamber the next round. In contrast, a semi-automatic rifle is designed to automatically eject the spent casing and chamber a new round with each pull of the trigger. Semi-automatic rifles offer faster follow-up shots, while bolt-action rifles are typically more accurate due to their design.
