The IWI Masada™ 9mm Optics-Ready Pistol – Black (Public Service Professional Program) is a modern striker-fired handgun engineered to meet the demands of those who serve. Designed for military, law enforcement, and qualified public safety professionals, the Masada delivers a balance of performance, ergonomics, and reliability—backed by IWI’s commitment to duty-grade durability.

Built around a low bore axis, the Masada reduces perceived recoil and improves control for faster, more accurate follow-up shots. Its fully ambidextrous controls, including slide stop and magazine release, ensure seamless operation for both right- and left-handed users. The pistol’s ergonomic grip angle, combined with three interchangeable wraparound backstraps (S, M, L) and a deep beavertail, provides a natural point of aim and a secure fit across a wide range of hand sizes.

The Masada features a high-strength, fiberglass-reinforced polymer frame, built to withstand harsh environments and hard use. Internally, a modular serialized steel trigger mechanism housing allows for simplified maintenance and long-term serviceability.

Performance is enhanced by a clean, crisp 6 lb trigger pull with a positive reset and integrated trigger safety, delivering both accuracy and confidence. The pistol comes equipped with fixed 3-dot sights (with optional Mepro Hyper-Bright night sight variants available) for dependable sighting in all lighting conditions.

Optics-ready from the factory, the Masada includes four adapter plates compatible with Trijicon RMR, Vortex Venom, Leupold DeltaPoint Pro, and SIG ROMEO1 optics—allowing users to configure their pistol for modern red dot performance without additional modification. An integrated Picatinny accessory rail supports weapon lights and other accessories.

As part of IWI’s Public Service Professional Program, this model is offered to qualified individuals seeking a reliable, duty-ready sidearm at a preferred value—without compromising on capability or quality.

What is the difference between a bolt-action rifle and a semi-automatic rifle? Answers (1)

Proven Arms & Outfitters A bolt-action rifle requires the shooter to manually operate a bolt to load a round, eject the spent casing, and chamber the next round. In contrast, a semi-automatic rifle is designed to automatically eject the spent casing and chamber a new round with each pull of the trigger. Semi-automatic rifles offer faster follow-up shots, while bolt-action rifles are typically more accurate due to their design.
