The Glock G45 Gen6 combines the proven crossover configuration of the G45 with Glock's latest-generation ergonomic improvements and an included Aimpoint COA 3.5 MOA red dot. Chambered in 9mm Luger, the G45 Gen6 features a full-size grip paired with a compact 4.02-inch slide and barrel for a versatile combination of handling and concealability.

The Gen6 platform introduces an updated ergonomic frame featuring a palm swell, extended thumb rest, enlarged beavertail, and RTF6 grip texture. The grip texture combines two surface textures to provide a balance of traction and comfort across an expanded gripping area.

The slide incorporates front serrations with a deeper angled profile designed to provide a more tactile surface for slide manipulation. The optics-ready system allows compatible optics to be mounted directly to the slide using the included optic plates.

This configuration includes an Aimpoint COA 3.5 MOA red dot, providing an integrated aiming solution without requiring a separate optic purchase. Three optic plates are included to accommodate various compatible optics.

The G45 Gen6 also features a flat-faced trigger, undercut trigger guard, and reduced frame-to-trigger distance for an improved grip and trigger reach. Glock's Safe Action® System provides the platform's established safety system and operational consistency.

The Glock Marksman Barrel (GMB) features a 4.02-inch steel barrel with a black finish, while the steel slide receives a durable black nDLC finish. The polymer crossover frame includes an accessory rail and interchangeable backstrap system.

With a 17+1 capacity, ambidextrous configuration, updated ergonomics, factory optics-ready slide, and included Aimpoint COA, the G45 Gen6 provides a feature-rich evolution of the Glock crossover platform.
