TECH SPECS:

The Super Precision High-Power Rifle National Match Scope Mount was specifically engineered to meet the strict demands of High-Power competitive shooting. The Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) recently changed the Service Rifle Rules to allow optic sights. When shooting from position and slung into the rifle traditional scope mounts are too high for a good cheek weld and do not allow the scope to be moved forward for correct eye relief. These Super Precision High-Power Mounts were designed with an ultra forward scope position and a 1.300 height above the picatinny rail which will allow scopes such as the Nightforce Comp SR 4x24 to be effectively used.

Made from a single piece of 7075-T6 aluminum and featuring a mounting surface that spans 7 Picatinny sections and utilizes 4 shear lugs. These mounts use Geisseles update of the classic nut and bolt method for clamping the mount to the Picatinny rail, which is the most secure and repeatable method of attaching your scope to your weapon. For other than NM shooting you may like the strong cheek weld the High-Power Short Scope provides, its forward scope positioning will still work with normal eye reliefs. The High-Power Long Scope should only be considered for NM shooting.

Note : We are a factory direct LE/Mil dealer. Special Order turn-around time is dependent on the manufacturers inventory and production schedule. While most orders are filled within 3-5 weeks, some may take up to 90-120 days. Please keep this in mind when placing an order for a Special Order item. We do not charge your card until your order ships.

What is the difference between a bolt-action rifle and a semi-automatic rifle? Answers (1)

Proven Arms & Outfitters A bolt-action rifle requires the shooter to manually operate a bolt to load a round, eject the spent casing, and chamber the next round. In contrast, a semi-automatic rifle is designed to automatically eject the spent casing and chamber a new round with each pull of the trigger. Semi-automatic rifles offer faster follow-up shots, while bolt-action rifles are typically more accurate due to their design.
