At the heart of the Super Duty® system are its in-house produced Cold Hammer Forged, chrome-lined barrel and Nanoweapon-coated Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group. These components, including the Geissele CHF barrel and Forged Stressproof Bolt®, are High-Pressure Tested (HPT) and Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI) to ensure unmatched dependability and match-grade accuracy. The precisely balanced gas system includes the Super Compact Gas Block, fine-tuned gas port sizing, and the Super 42 braided buffer spring, all working together to minimize recoil and maintain reliable cycling, even in the most demanding conditions.
