TECH SPECS:

When compact size, multi-fuel flexibility and rail-mounted performance matter, the TLR-7 X delivers. Constructed from machined aluminum with a Flat Dark Earth finish, the TLR-7 X brings 500 lumens of output, a 5,000-candela throw and runs on either a rechargeable SL-B9® battery pack or a CR123A lithium battery.
Designed for tactical use, it features interchangeable high/low paddle switches, a “safe-off” feature to prevent accidental activation, and fits MIL-STD-1913 rails using its easy one-hand clamp system.

Key Features

  • Output: 500 lumens, 5,000 candela, 140 meter beam distance.

  • Power Options: Accepts either one Streamlight SL-B9® USB-C rechargeable Li-Ion pack or one CR123A lithium battery.

  • Ambidextrous Controls: Rear paddle switches on both sides for high/low outputs and momentary or constant-on modes.

  • Durable Finish & Build: 6000-series aircraft aluminum body, impact- and chemical-resistant polymer switch housing, IPX7 waterproof to 1 m for 30 minutes.

  • Compact Dimensions: Length: 2.58″ (6.55 cm); weight: approx. 2.48 oz (70.3 g) with CR123A battery.

Ideal For

  • Handguns with accessory rails or compact carbines where low-profile lighting is critical.

  • Tactical professionals who require bright, reliable illumination with battery flexibility.

  • Everyday carry or defensive setups where durability, fast deployment, and minimal bulk are priorities.

Why Choose the FDE Version

The Flat Dark Earth anodized finish offers a professional low-glare appearance that complements sniper, tactical, and civilian platforms alike. The same performance as the black version — just tailored aesthetics and more carry-friendly visual integration.

What is the difference between a bolt-action rifle and a semi-automatic rifle? Answers (1)

Proven Arms & Outfitters A bolt-action rifle requires the shooter to manually operate a bolt to load a round, eject the spent casing, and chamber the next round. In contrast, a semi-automatic rifle is designed to automatically eject the spent casing and chamber a new round with each pull of the trigger. Semi-automatic rifles offer faster follow-up shots, while bolt-action rifles are typically more accurate due to their design.
